Utility Usage
In accordance with HB 3693, the Smith County Appraisal District reports the recorded information on its metered amount of electricity, water and gas consumption and the annual aggregate costs for those utility services at the SCAD offices at 245 SSE Loop 323, Tyler, TX. All Utility Usage files require the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in which can be downloaded free of charge.
